Drag and Rota are about the same quality. Most people jump on them because they are really inexpensive.

I had a set on my daily driver Integra LS; I think they were DR-23's (J-mag rips). I got a good deal on them at Discount Tire Direct and ended up only paying $392 for a set of rims and tires, mounted, balanced, and shipped. The clear coat did start peeling after a couple of winters....and the center caps are ugly.

You have to look for the $100 off of each set of 4 wheels or tires that you buy. That package should have cost $592. They ran that special for a couple of years at least once each year. I'm not sure what they're doing now.

You get exactly what you pay for but I wouldn't consider them a bad choice. Like rota and a few other knock off brands they get the job done. I've never owned a set of drags, but plenty of rotas. If you like them, get them you will be saving quite a bit.

I had a set of DR-16's on one of my old sedans. They held up well enough on busted up So Cal roads...never had them peel, bend, crack or anything else. If you REALLY have to get a set of rims as cheaply as possible, they're not bad.
