I have a 94 honda accord the cluster lights and dash board lights are out checked out all the fuses, and I don't know if it might be a relay or jus maybe as simple as a few bulbs behind the cluster or behind da dash board. I need a little assistance.

 

Could be the bulds, I'd check the dimmer first before pulling the cluster.

 

You may think all the fuses are good.....I would suggest re-checking. The Small Lights Fuse is the main culprit - under the hood.

The other option *usually* is the dimmer switch to the left of the steering column. Just head to a junkyard and replace that guy.
