from a 98' USDM CW ITR

would you buy those three and save money over going brand new aftermarket stuff?

if so how much would you spend on each?

intake and header 40k miles
springs 60k miles

I'm not selling these..... well I'm going to give them to my sister so she can sell them and keep the money (Cali.)

I would not. You're likely to run into fitment issues as well, you didn't mention which teg you have. When I buy mods I research them very carefully, and while Type-R parts are generally better than GSR parts, you can usually do better still. Saving money rox, but often when you "settle" you end up upgrading again later, costing more than if you'd just gotten what you really wanted to begin with.
