Hi, my 95 SE got flooded about a month ago due to hurricane Irene. Water was up to the bottom of the seats in the interior, but as far as I can tell, no water got in the engine or transmission(had them serviced anyway). The car wouldn't run initially because the computer was wet. Pulled carpet out, dried computer, replaced carpets, reupholstered seats, etc. car ran great for 5 days. On 6th day SRS light on, clock blinking, ABS light on, blinking oil light, dome light won't come on when doors are open, power locks are locking when they shouldn't, power windows working with car off key out of ignition AND doors open. Oh yeah, and sometimes car won't stay running (fires up and immediately shuts down). Obviously, the biggest concern is the car not running as I had to get towed once already just to have the car start once we got it to the shop. I have read alot about ICUs regarding the indicator problems that I have, but it's not really explaining the locks, windows, and starting problem. Not sure what it's called, but already tried replacing the wiring from the ignition to the relays under the dash as that's a notorious problem anyways, but that didn't do anything(water didn't even get high enough to mess with that). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Id have to say that you panel of plugs by your driverside foot might be a good place to start. Its really the only thing besides the ecu that is low enough to the ground to have taken on water damage.

Also would explain why everything is malfunctioning because that is like a major wiring port for everything.

 

UPDATE: ICU looks like it's taking care of the ABS and oil light on the dash. The problem with the dome light, door locks, and windows is a faulty switch in the door jamb. Still having the starting problem. Disconnected the ignition switch from the tumbler and that seems to take care of that. Tumbler is bad?
