Just wondering how i can reduce the rattle from the brackets and what is the best solution to get rid of water leaking inside when i wash it?

 

The brackets you installed are rattling? Sometimes my latch will come loose and rattle but that's it. Check the seals around the windshield. I had to push mine out but stuffing the inside with some material.

 

I used small strips of 3M tape to line the inside of brackets where there is metal to metal contact. Use the double sided tape type, but only peel off one side. The tightly cushioned fitment eliminated any rattling in my car.

@seanjuan, what do you mean by pushing them out?

 

I rolled up a napkin to make it thick and put it inside of the hooks that latch on..It kept it quiet! The key is to have it at a perfect thickness*** let me know how it goes.
