Default aftermarket springs

if someone buys aftermarket springs from company A for his 98' integra gsr.....
would someone else with an 98' ITR buying aftermarket springs from company A get the same springs?

are the itr and gsr aftermarket springs the same ones?

thanks for the help

Sometimes.
It honestly depends on who's designing the springs, and for what application they're designed.

E.g., you might design a competition set of springs that is the same for the GS-R and the ITR, but your street-performance spring designs for the ITR and GS-R will be different, because the owners of the ITR have rather upped the ante and will need a significantly stiffer set of springs to notice a difference.
exactly
