Hi! my name is Tom. I have a 1995 Honda Civic Si hatchback, color white , 5 spd, sunroof, AC. GREAT SHARP. I have a professional mechanic in Maryland installed a new engine from a 2000 Civic Si( B16), lot of performance upgrade parts: suspension, exhaust ,etc... The engine has around 75K mile. My car runs very strong, reliable, and still has good gas mileage ( 29MPG). I'm thinking about selling it and perhaps buy a Subaru WRX. Please give me a call @*** *** ****. What do you guys think about this trade + cash? I'm mainly doing it for the gas mileage plus I Love eg's. I've owned the rex for long enough that I'm rdy to part with it since I'm in college right now and gas is killing me.

How does the hatch look? Can you guys tell anything just by the pictures? Also can you tell me what is that piece missing from the drivers door? Its like molding or something. Any way this hatch could be hot? I know honda r easy to steal.

The hatch looks like its in pretty good shape, likely been repainted. As far, is it worth it? only if you think it is. I believe the WRX has more market value than the honda, but if you're ready to switch do it.

the transmission still has a vin tag so the swap is probably legit. (run the vin of course first)

 

If it's what you want, go for it, but for it to be a fair trade i assume you know you'll need atleast a couple grand on top for it to be worth it. Is your wrx turbo or is it non-turbo?

 

I'm trading because I want something with better gas mileage since I now have to drive to school from which is about an hour drive. It's been killing me lately on gas which is why I want a more gas efficient car. I know the wrx is nice and all that and pratical, but I've had it since since 2004 when I bought it brand new. That's what over 7 years now lol So I'm kinda rdy to move on. It's a turbo with full exhaust and tune so I'm pushing about 60 whp over stock. Stock is 170 awhp.

I've had all kinds of fun with it. Took it to the strip and ran 14.5 exactly when it was bone stock. Had a nice race with a teg, we ran a couple times and it got pretty intense haha. He ran like 15 somethings but behind the wheel it seemed alot closer. Took it auto-x'ing a couple times. Killed countless victims on the street. Went neck and neck , DEAD even with a k20 coupe, I think it was an eg. This was while i was stage 2 with the extra power. It was from a roll too. Been through a few accidents, none my fault, also all cosmetic damge. Took it on long trips across many states. Did doughnuts in the snow HAHA that was fun. And I've also met tons of ppl through it sometimes by just randomly racing some1 and we'll start talking after the race. I've also had countless different female asses in the passenger seat

But yea anyways I'm just rdy to move on. I want a small car like an eg. My ideal would be to find a good shell and drop a gas sipping d series in there, like a 3 stage vtec-e. Then run that for a while and swap it out later with a b18c5. Or just grab another shell for the b18. Seens a couple for like 350 stripped for track use. Another reason I wanna go with honda since subies r soooo expensive to modify and i don't really want to beat on it since they're $$.

Also I will be asking for money on top and I just told the guy that and he's agreed so far. But he keeps wanting to meet in person so we'll see how it goes. How are b16's? for gas mileage? He said his gets like 29 mpg. **** if i get this i might even turbo it with the extra money ill be getting hahahhahaha stay tuned
