Default 03 HCH replacing cooling fan motor -- how hard?

How hard is it to replace the cooling fan motor in an 03 Civic Hybrid?
Looks like I have to remove the battery tray and coolant reservior
to access one side of the fan assembly. But there is a center metal
bracket that is blocking the bolts on the other side. Thanks in
advance for the tips.

If you take the bumper cover and grille off you should be able to slide the radiator forward enough to get to the bolts.

Msoques,

I've replaced the cooling fan motor on a '03 Civic Hybrid before but only when I was swapping out the radiator as well. Here's a brief run down on the steps I followed in order to replace said motor:

1) Drain the engine coolant.
2) Remove the front bumper.
3) Remove the hood latch.
4) Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses, and automatic transmission fluid (ATF) cooler hoses.
5) Disconnect the fan motor connectors and compressor clutch connector.
6) Remove the radiator upper brackets, then pull up the radiator.
7) Remove the fan shroud assemblies and other parts from the radiator.
8) The fan motor will be easily accessible at this point.

All of the bolts that must be removed in order to access the fan motor are illustrated here (note that the motor is ref# 6):
