Hey guys, my 2001 gsr recently got a maintanance required light flashing and the car sputters at low rpms in every gear and sometimes at high rpms. can someone help me out please??

The maintenance light is just a "reminder" that a service is due, [oil change] and would be coincidental to your problem, you can reset the maintenance light...

Will the sputtering stop once i reset the button?

 

he said the light is just a reminder it does nothing with the cars performance. Check your oil but i think its related to your dizzy. Ignition problems of some kind.

 

oh duhh. im dumb. well thanks for the help guys!!

 

check your iat sensor and your map and tps sensors! open up the dizzy and check inside for anything foul like a loose rotor or torn wires.
