Falken RT-615
They still make those? Or did you mean the RT-615K?
If you're even asking about wear and road noise, you should not be looking at "extreme performance" summer tires in the first place. If you are looking for maximum grip, there is no point in even asking about wear and noise, everything high performance is terrible in those 2 categories.
But, to actually answer the questions, I've daily driven the older RT-615s. 12k miles is the expected norm. They howl at freeway speeds. Wet traction is acceptable when at a reasonable tread depth, and goes to crap (as expected for such tires) when under half tread. I drove them at minimum legal tread depth in the wet, and had no issues, but they certainly can't be pushed in such conditions.
