Ok so here's the issue i'm having, Recently i noticed that i have a bad oil leak coming but underneath my cam gears, so obviously it's the seals that have went bad. Now i've done alittle bit of research and i really haven't found a "Write up" on how to replace them. If anyone can please help. By the way it's a B20Vtec (b16sir2 Head)

You can extract the bad seal using a cork screw or pick set. Just be careful not to scratch the cam. Then carefully and evenly press in the new seal. Some people use a properly sized socket for the latter.
