Well my Accord's coupe interior has seen much better days i'm sure...the front seats are completely falling apart, and the rear seats are cracked also! Even the Door panels are damaged, which is making me want to replace the majority of my interior.

So I have taken a look at a 97 Acura CL coupe of course, and it looks damn near identical!

Would these bolt in without any major mods? If the CL's seats are fully power which my Accord's has a manual recliner, and front to back adjustment, but power up and down switch, would my 94 accord be prewired for it?

The Chassis seems Identical!!


Checked the FAQ, and it only seems to have seats into the sedan...which leads me to believe they are compatible...Any advice would be helpful! Thanks in advance!

 

Might fit, but with slight modifications maybe. One way to find out.

 

I don't think your car is prewired for power. I have a 96 ex, you would need to modify your floor wire to be able to power the seat. Unless you want to replace the entire floor wire with the one from the cl. I'm pretty sure you won't have any problems with the fronts, but I think that the cl is more narrow than the accord. Good luck though. Maybe look at rl or tl.

 

Does the Accord have power seats? They should bolt right up.

The 4 cylinder CL has a 6 way power drivers seat with a manual passenger seat. The V6 model has an 8 way power drivers seat and 4 way power passenger seat. The V6 also has a feature that allows the drivers seat to return to its original position after it's been folded and slid forward. It comes in handy when rear passengers enter or exit the vehicle.

As the op mentioned, they don't have power seats in their accord. I'm assuming they have a dx or lx model. The ex that I have has power seat up and down. Op will need the power seat wire in order to get the power seat from a cl to work.
