Is it worth the drive?
So I might have found a hood. Found a guy 2 hours away who has a hood in "great" condition for $250. It's white and fit for my vic. Trouble is, he doesn't have photos and no way to take photos. Understandable but is it worth the drive?
Bonus: he says he works only with OEM parts so it is OEM.
Suggestions?

The square factory stickers on the underside of hood which generally signify that it is indeed OEM. I would first clarify that there are no dents, scuffs, or flaws of any sort. I have driven numerous times to buy an item that was stated to be "in mint condition", "flawless" but that turned out to be false

Where in Washington state are you located? Not sure if it's the right year for you, but I stumbled across an '01-03 hood for $50 while browsing craigslist last night, but the hood is clear over in Ashford. It's silver and has a small scratch, but is otherwise in great condition. His craigslist ad has pictures to look at.
He also has mint headlights and taillights. (01-03)

There are also these, and one of them is white: http://seattle.craigslist.org/oly/pts/2595823877.html
