a/c removal and rad fan issues ?? iso quick help
so i removed the a/c completely from my 95 integras rs,
that means all the lines and the a/c rad and the big thing thats bolted up to the front are gone.
now take note that i havnt used the car much since i took it out cause im always in my work truck but ive noticed the rad fans doesnt come on..
then again it might come on but i dont notice it, but the other day i was doing something under the hood and left the car on idle for about 15 minutes and they didint come on,
though the temp guage does not get HOT and doesnt even go past half.
the only things unplugged are the little round connectors (two of them) i think a black and blue wired one and some other one, both really small circle conenctors.
im pretty sure they r the a/c ones and everything else is connected properly.
anybody got any input?, they worked before the disection of the A/C

yeah, thats correct, i just found it weird that they didint come on after like 15 minutes of being idle, it should have got hot by then no ? then again the temp guage wasnt much past the start.
hmm ill keep an eye on it i guess

another quick question...
since i removed the a/c i did not plug the hole in the firewall. can that cause a possible leak? whats the best to plug these with?
cause i notice i have a little puddle of water sitting in the upper middle part of my rubber matt on the passenger side after rainfall. not very much but just enough to notice

Hit up your local boneyard and find a G3 without A/C and grab the dummy plug.
To test the rad fan, unplug the ECT switch and jump it, if rad fan turns on, the rad fan circuit is good, plug it back in and go for a stop and go spin untill temp. gauge shows 1/2 way, pop the hood with engine ideling and wait to see if fan turns on, if not, replace the ECT switch.94

Acura will sell them, but they will be expensive from them, I do not have part #s.
Do you not have a "picknpull" type wrecker in your area, you can probably find the right size dummy plug(s) in a lot of diff. MM&Y of cars. 94
