Nice! Looks like it might work on a full-blown dual walbro kit

The base of the pump is 50mm and the rest of the pump is 39mm. The 255lph pump is 37mm all the way down, so if two 400lph pumps fit it'll be real tight because of the 50mm base. I'll try to find out on Friday and I'll take pics with the 400lph's on the FB hanger, saying that the pumps are in by then.

442hp with a 255lph pump and 1600cc injectors and out of gas? HP seems low and how can you run out of gas because I made 420hp with a 255lph and 750cc injectors but stopped it there because I had a massive boost creep (1bar to 21-22psi) and maxed out the 750's. My friend made 471hp with a 255lph and 1000cc injectors with room but stopped it there for safety. My turbo is a t3/t61 and my friends turbo was an SC61. My numbers are low for that psi and for that turbo but with that big of a creep, a lot of timing had to be pulled. I understand you're also squeezing but still shouldn't be running out of gas at that power level.

When he said ran out of gas, I'm pretty sure (not 100% though), he meant the nitrous.

I know he's on nitrous, I mentioned it when I was referring to him squeezing. All I'm saying is a 255lph pump and 1600cc injectors should be able to support more than what he made whether he's on the bottle or not. Kritical's old blue hatch made 500hp on a Jackson Racing supercharger and nitrous, that was on a 255lph pump but I can't remember what size injectors.

Looks like you are maxing out the pump, 255lph is good for about 600hp which is right around where you are at.

the 400lph is a turbine style which is more efficient and more quiet than the 255lph gerotor pump. I believe the 400lph will also heat the fuel less becuase of this more efficient pump design, will do some temperature measurements and find that out

Im gonna convert my em1 from the 255lph and bosch in-line to this single 400lph setup. Should be back on the dyno soon, shooting for over 600whp on e85 and 1600cc IDs. Im glad theyre quieter too, that 255 gets pretty annoying sometimes lol.

I just picked up my pumps, it doesn't say T1...it's actually TI Automotive in Europe. They collaborated with Walbro to design the pump.

You will run into fuel level issues running the sock/install kit that is pictured.
