www.passwordjdm.com is your source for quality performance parts for your Honda or Acura.

I recently dealt with Password JDM regarding a warranty issue and they handled it with professionalism and a high level of customer service.

It's hard to find a parts retailer that cares, and goes above and beyond to bring the best products to us.

thanks www.passwordjdm.com

I had a terrible experience with them. They lied to me about my order being shipped twice. I am on week 4 of waiting.

Yeah, I'm glad the OP had a good experience they are few and far between with ASSword.

Over priced and they try to get rich off of shipping. Thumbs down in my book.

As a parts dealer I've retailed their items, but more often than not have issues with things not being told when on backorder, and issues with getting them to warranty products. The "User error" excuse comes in to play a lot.

Bought a "whale *****" intake for my GSR. HORRIBLE quality. Lots of holes in the clear and waves in the weave. No mounting bracket. No instructions. No clamps for the crappy rubber couplers. No customer support. Decided to buy their JDM fog light and fender light kits. Had to reference online how to's in order to install them, because guess what? No instructions. And the harness and mounting hardware for the fog lights was HORRIBLE. All of the harness plugs fell apart and multiple connectors stripped off the wire. I had to completely redo the harness. So over $500 in PWDJM products bought, and I guess I have finally learned. Spend more and buy elsewhere. PWJDM sells crap.

Agreed, I had a friend buy there BNIB OEM Honda eg6 fenders with side markers for like 250 bucks, that's before shipping. When he got them in they were just certi-fit style fenders that they punch at there store. Not OEM quality or fitment at all.
