i will soon be buying an eg3 and putting a b16b type-r motor into it.

i will be getting hasport mounts for the swap

my question is will the linkages be the same? the clutch cable setup? and will the eg3 axles fit?

No. You need b series shift linkage, and axles. Clutch depends on exactly what tranny you decide to run.
