Default 94 accord brakes suck

dose any body know why my sucky brakes just turn to **** when i have the a/c on?
it's non abs, with drums in the back. i am a tech in a professional setting for 10 years + now (believe it of not, i rarely work on honda's)
this car has some of the strangest/shitty brakes i have ever seen. the master cylinder is bad. . .again 4th one, but it has to be hot before it starts sinking.
before that its fine, i cant keep the drums balanced for long. and due to an offroad excursion my left front rotor is dented. (its not that bad, i have a 20ton H frame press to get those basturds out with)
but this ac thing really ****s with me. one minute the brakes are good. ..then i turn the ac on. .under hood temps. shoot up, next thing i know my foot is on the floor and the back right tire is getting dragged down the street!

any help or advise is much appreciated.

Brakes are brakes. Could you better describe the shitiness of them?
Soft, long, spongy?

Are you sure its the MC and not something else?
A faulty MC usual exhibits signs of working fine with a consistent pedal and then will be dead and go to the floor when the seal fails. Sometimes even coming back to life only to go dead again. If the pedal is always soft of spongy that is more than likely a system down stream issue.

Sounds like a multitude of problems with the car. Are your radiator cooling fans turning on when you turn the AC on?
I would suggest asking TouringAccord or one of the other mods to move this to the 1990-2002 Accord forum where it would see more traffic.

The car sounds like it has issues in general. Are the underhood temperatures excessive? What is the condition of the brake fluid?

the only real issue here is the dented rotor, everything else is workable.

back to the A/C. .. my last accord did the exact same thing. And i had a customer come in about 9 months or so ago with the exact same issue. she didn't have any money, so she likely still has the problem.

temps are good, fans cycle. fluid is fresh (due to an unscheduled flush), booster is good.
drums are unbalanced at the moment.

got to put a trans in a 99 explode'r, fuel pump in 88 s10, trans in super charged 9* Buick Riveria, and rear pads on a 99 impala this week (i know its Friday, but i have tel next fri. to get it done :\) then i should have a chance to pull my drums.

this is my "parts truck" so major repair always has to wait
