well i have an b18b1 block bored out to 81.5 with ctr pistons and ls rods, the deck is resurfaced. now the head im using is a gsr head witch is fully built with bc parts. i also have a 51 tousands head gasket. now the promblem i have is when i put the head on and tighten the head studs the crank wont turn. all the valves are closed and i have no sparkplugs in the head. some say im probebly touching the head....with the head off it turns fine. so this is what i did, when i put it on the first time it didnt turn so i took it off again made sure everything was fine and put the head back on and tighted it and it started spinnin again so i was like damn that was weird but i said all well so i put everything that goes in the head on and left it alone...the next day when i went to turn it the same **** happend it didnt want to turn. so i have no idea wat it is. can someone help me please!!!! lol

the guy thats building my motor jus told me that he loosend the head and the rod and spun the crank to c if the head would move up and he said that the head and piston are touching...i dont get why that would be cuz i have a thick gasket. he said that the side of the dome in the piston is hittin the quench pad of the head...i decked the block and resurfaced the head like twice but the gasket should make up for that. i dnt get it....
