Black Rims With Chrome Lip

I have these black 17 inch rims with a chrome lip but im not too sure on what brand these are. Anyone know?

Any markings on the wheels? Also, you're going to need a more clear photo of the wheel to get much help. That picture does not give much in the way of detail.

Are there any stamped labels on the backside of the wheel?

If not, then they're most likely RH Evolution C2 Evo's (Racing Hart knock-off's).
