ITS ALL IN TREAD.
IF THE OFFSET MORE THAN YOU NEED CAN IT BE WITH ANY KIND OF SPACERS, NEED IT, PLEASE!

WHAT TO KNOW IT FOR MY SELF!

"+" - means the outside of the center of the wheel?

+45 refers to the "offset" of the wheel (description on "offset" is in the FAQ thread). "45" refers to how many millimeters from the center of the wheel (width-wise) the mounting hub of the wheel is located.
