Help me out, quick question about some wheels!!
Does anyone know if there are steelies that are 15x8 4x100 that they have fit a honda oem wheel cover to it?

No on both accounts. You can get them custom ordered or banded to fit those specifications, but there's nothing from a factory that meets those requirements.
