I like the color combo of my car but gold is hard to keep clean and I've also had the same wheels for 2yrs so I'd like to change them up a bit. I'm going to strip them and either have them painted or powder coated. Gloss black is on my mind and like a gun metal or darker grey color. I'm open to some suggestions so let's here them. Car in question is...

 

I was going to say pearl white, but you don't want to deal with cleaning that... trust me.

I'd say a dark satin gray would be fun. Something like this:

 

Yeah I dig that. Do they have satin PC? I know in base/clear it's no problem just get a flat clear.

Next set of wheels will be polished but these arent worth it to me. They're just rotas lol

 

Rotas are polished underneath. Just strip the paint and add polish.

You can get two and three stage powders, same as a standard spray-on paint. So, to answer the question, yes they've got satin powder coat.

 

Yeah I knew some had multiple stages just didn't know you could do a satin finish. I looked into black chrome and that's like a 3 stage process. I'll call the guy and ask tomorrow.
