Default Running on 3 cylinders

My friend brought me his Accord with a shaking engine. Cylinder 1 was not firing and he had a blown motor mount, causing the engine to rock back and forth pretty badly.

I pulled the spark plug wire on #1, no change in idle. Pulling any other spark plug wire kills the engine. I checked for spark, it was getting spark.

I thought maybe the injector died. Swapped injectors between 1 and 2. No changes.

We're left with lack of compression. I gave it a leakdown check. 100% leak. I pulled the valve cover and verified the valves were supposed to be closed. Rotated the engine 360 deg, no changes on the leakdown gauge. The air was coming out of the exhaust pipe.

So, I just wanted to run this by the technical gurus here, to confirm that he probably has burnt or bent exhaust valves.

Yeah, I thought so, but since it was not my car I wanted a second opinion. Looks like he's off to the shop for some headwork.
Thanks!
