Well i decided to take the head off this block..
The valves seem to b bad.. some are open and closed

I can send pic if u like to see.. maybe it cud use a rebuild

No vc and no dizzy.

As for the block i dont see nothing wrong with the top of the pistons. Piston turn up and down and i dont see no scaring on walls..
