The hatch will only open with the key. Told this is common.


Goods
Car drives great and runs great.
No oil leaks at all
Oil changed with Mobil One since new and it shows under the valve cover is clean no gunk at all.
Had OEM Honda filter on it when I bought it have always put the same back on it.
