Default need help choosing a crank.

ok f23 crank in my block is fubar. i called a crank shop and the guy has a h22 55mm main crank and a f23 crank. i can get ither one for $100. i'm going to be useing the f23 block for sure. but which crank should i get. on one hand the h22 parts are way cheaper but on the other han the f23 will make a load of torque. but either way it will be boosted with my 67mm turbo. h22 crank should be able to rev more with its shorter stroke and longer rod but the f23 wouldn't have to because of its low end power. h22 has a bigger (wider) rod journal also which would seem to make the rod stronger for nice high rpm's high being 8-9000 depending on where the cam takes it and power falls of course.

f23 block sleeved to 88mm with h22 head. power goal: at least 450whp.
