I would go with Iridium plugs, My friend with a build H22 uses them, and noticed a pretty decent increase after switching from NGK Platinums.

Not really, You can get NGK Iridiums xD. They have the same performance.

Iridium is the best of both worlds. Even though iridium itself isn't the best conductor, it's extremely hard. It'll last the longest of any spark plug tip material (some are rated up to 100K). Being so hard, the tip can be made to a fraction of the size of a normal one. This creates a very concetrated spark in comparison, which easily negates the lower conductivity of the metal. Iridiums are know to ignite lean mixtures that other plugs can't, which would definitely help fuel efficiency.

ngk copper.
platniums are also not oem.
its been proven to beat out iridium and platnium(both of these are for maintinenance purposes not performance. example coppers are 30k while p and I usually 100k).

its a spark plug. not a cam it makes spark. change your gap a lil.

spark plugs wont give you any hp gain i believe, ngk iridium works just fine on all my faimily's cars, my girl friends sentra has them for 3 yrs 40k mile, i took em out about few month ago, they look literally like new.

I think people on the ITR forums were talking about a heat range 7 plug. I would just either use the OEM Denso PF platinum plugs from www.sparkplugs.com (around $6.70/plug) or just pick up some $2 NGK coppers from autozone.

Iridium/platinum usually doesn't have a performance advantage. They just last longer.

Spark Plugs give you no HP gain. Platinum plugs just last longer. Just stick with NGK.

Do you honestly think that is true? All a spark plug does is create a small amount of spark to ignite your fuel. FUEL is what gains horsepower, not spark..

So what I'm getting out of this is copper plugs have the best conductivity, whereas platinum and iridium last longer but neither increase horsepower or times.

No copper are the cheapest and last the shortest amount of time. Platinum conducts better but at a cost. Iridium work the same as platinum just last longer. New plugs may recover 1 or 2 mpg that you lost from the previous plugs. same would go as far as power. If you have noticed any increase of power it is due to you losing it
