will the nrg dampner sohc accord kit fit my h22a swapped 95 accord? or the prelude h22 kit...OR NONE OF THE ABOVE!? is it even worth it?!

If it bolts to the block it should work on H and F series engines, but if it bolts to the head then each may need a different bracket. Looks like its listed for both. Call and ask.

Is this an alternative, rather than using poly mounts?

 

nah im going to install the poly mounts from innovative as well, the stiffest ones red... i have h22 in my accord and i have the the skunk2 im, its hitting my brake booster,, so i need some better mounts and ditch the oem ones

 

i need to keep the engine from moving as much as possible looks like

 

Go with Hasport mounts. Thats what I'mma get is the rear and tranny mounts; already have the LH Timing Hasport mount.

 

problem fixed!!! im running the oem front left and right mounts and a the innovative poly mount in the rear...the intake manifold no longer rubs on the brake booster
