Well I know most of you guys do this kind of stuff on a daily basis, but this is my first "big" build where I actually made everything myself so I wanted to share. I drive this thing every day, and I really wanted something that I could enjoy, but wouldn't stick out like a sore thumb and attract attention (from either police or theives). Think I did pretty well on the "stock look" idea.

No really, I did modify this thing.

AC/PS wasn't touched. I think I ziptied some of the AC lines a little to get a little extra room but that's about it.
My first turbo manifold evar! (Funny how after you do you first one, you just wanna start over and do it all over again lol).

DP was my favorite part to fabricate.

My stealthy muffler. (With the turbo, it is SUPER quiet)

My water tank that holds an extra ~1.75 gallons of water/coolant to keep the A2W system stable.

Pump and exchanger.

I need to work on my interior fab skills but this will do for me.

Turbo of choice is a 14b at 16psi. Bone stock Y7 with 168K on it lol. Spent all today doing the tuning for it and I'm really happy with how responsive the system is and how quiet the exhaust system turned out to be. I love being able to merge into traffic now with 1/4 throttle and a little whistle.
Overall I really learned quite a bit about how to do certain things and what mistakes not to make. I know I really can't touch a lot of the work you guys pull off every day, and I hope some day to be at that level. But hope you guys at least enjoy a n00bs shot at making something fun.

Aaron! I saw the pics on FB!
Your welding looks great these days. Are you still using the ol' 165?
Congrats! Hit me up if you want some dyno time for cheap!

Thanks guys! Really appreciate the comments.
Thanks D! Yup, still rollin' on the Diversion 165. Would love to upgrade, but that's not in the cards yet.
I literally just put it together this weekend, hoping to get some numbers next week. Expecting something in the 225ish range. I'll post them when I get them.

Very nice work. Especially for your first manifold! I just finished my d16y8 turbo DD and i wish i'd have some fab ability like you.
That's very cool. I find it very creative how you made the downpipe/part of the exhaust all one piece.
I'm curious how well that air to water inter cooler works.
I'm guessing you tig? if so very cool, its fun working with stainless steel and branching off to aluminum.
It would actually be pretty funny for you to remove power steering and use the pump in the oem location for pumping the water though your intercooler!
What tuning software are you using?
and I give you so much respect for doing all this yourself, that's where all the fun is!
It looks like you had some difficulty making the turbo manifold and I totally agree with you about making stuff like that, after you build it you want to make a 2nd one with the knowledge you gained from making the first one. Honestly if your concerned about looks grind all the welds smooth and get it heat coated black or something and it will look natural looking.... Or you can always wrap the whole exhaust with header wrap!
fabrication/getting frustrated/tuning/welding... A+!

Thanks guys!
The A2W actually works quite a bit better than expected. I have the water and fan turn on at 80* IATs, and I haven't seen anything really higher than ~90. Considering it's been around 75* around here lately, I think it's performing quite well especially for its size. Still chasing some dumb issues with the pump/fan wiring but it's an easy fix.
No way man, I like power steering and AC. Both of which work perfectly.
And yeah, it's all TIG. Just a little Miller Diversion 165, and as much practice as I can get. I'm tuning it on Neptune. I run Hondata on my other car, not really sure which I like more yet.
Thanks man, really appreciate the good marks haha.
