Okay, I found this motor browsing Craigslist, and am curious if it will fit in my '92 Prelude. http://kansascity.craigslist.org/pts/2568589136.html From the bit of research I have done, I think it's a J30A. I messed up the motor in my car, and am just looking for a cheap replacement for the time being.

Any help at all will be greatly appreciated, I miss driving my car D:

Update, the seller has said it's a J30A1.

You don't even know if the motor is any good. If it is, good luck not spending an arm and a leg to make it work for your car. This assumes you can even find a mount kit for it and not have to spend to have someone fabricate it, assuming the motor would even fit.

 

$200 + you need a tranny, axles, wiring, computer, mounts

anything can fit, but dont bother with this one. not cheap

 

I agree. Not worth the time and headaches that come with it. Better off sticking with the H22 or H23. Also depends on what your goal is.

 

Just keep it stock if you want cheap replacement.
