In a predicament do I go with a strong running all original 94 si hatch with really bad honda rot that I've negotiated down to $1200........ or a 97 cx with a B18C1 that doesn't run for 2300 before any negotiations?

Help me can't decide!

 

Id go with the b18. Try to get it for 2000.

honestly id go with the si. the b18 doesn't run, and you have no idea why.

 

Yah I'm gonna talk to the guy soon about the 97 with the teg motor, he says it just needs a wiring harness but I have no idea what trans, mileage, etc or how long it has been sitting... I like the SI but the rust is pretty bad, enough to where the plastic runner was hanging off quite a bit on the drivers side :*( sad sight

 

Are you planning on driving this car year round or just having it as a summer car? And, are you familiar with any kind of rust repair?
