question: gsr oil pan???

Default question: gsr oil pan???

does anyone know if a 94-97gsr oil pan will work on a 99 gsr? I know its a stupid question but i need to know... thanks

No, a GSR oilpan is different than any other oil pan. I forget exactlly if the GSr is shallower than the rest, but I'm pretty sure the GSR pan is a bit shallower than the other b-series pans and the pickup won't pickup the oil once it starts circulating throughout the engine because the oil level will be lower. But if that's the opposite way around I'm sorry but one of the local shops just got through having to explain that to someone and I happened to be there to hear most of their conversation. Hoep this helps.
