Default Injector Battery Voltage Compensation

Hi

What is Injector Battery Voltage Compensation for exactly and technically ?

If I change one injector to another one and dont change the Injector Battery Voltage Compensation, what willl happen ?

Depends on what injector your coming from and going to.

The offset wall compensate for a low or high battery voltage and how the injector reacts to that specific injector type. It's a very valuable compensation tool.

If battery voltage wasn't compensated for, you'd deliver more fuel with s 2.5ms pulse at 13.5 volts than you would at 11.5 or 12.5 volts.

Basically, it keeps fuel delivery consistent even though the supply voltage varies. Since every injector has a different internal coil with various amounts of energy & time required for it to open, an offset table tailored for each injector is necessary for accurate fueling.
