Need help on skunk2 pro series manifold for 97-01 prelude
So I have it installed and everything but can't get the car to start. So basically I want to start over but need to know what I can bypass and what I can't. Right now the car is running on a p28, I didn't use the egr valve and I moved the IAC valve to the back of the manifold instead of connecting it to the fuel rail,( know its a tight fit but I couldn't get the hoses to sit right). I did have to rewire and extend some cables but I think its right now but still I'm not sure, I already took it out 3 times. So if anyone has some knowledge to lend I would love to hear it....also its a PDE stamped H23A with a obd1 distributor an a 98 shell

OBD1 distributor? So internal coil? Did you wire up the crank angle sensor so that the distributor would run the timing and fuel?

Its a chipped P28?
It would run without the EGR, I have mine blocked off using my stock P13.
Did it run before you put the intake on, it looks like you had the motor out? Is this a fresh swap?

Yeah it ran before I swapped it in. I needed a transmission but decided to get the s2 also
The only way that removing the EGR from your harness would cause an issue is if you removed a shared ground wire that is run in series with other sensors.
Missing EGR on an ECU that supports it throws a CEL but doesn't affect the drivability, at least not that I've noticed.

I did something like that....the green wire with the black line running down the middle I completely removed it from every sensor

I'm thinking and hoping that I might just need a new wire harness but still I can't figure out what's going on. It cranks but it wont ignite, it caught a few times like it was about to start but it played me
Have you tested for spark at the spark plug? Fuel at the fuel rail?
Start there.
If you removed the common ground on all your sensors ...

Yes I tested for spark....the fuel pump also turns on fine but I haven't actually checked the fuel lines.
How much do you want for the harness?
[QUOTE=typemismatch;46044286]I have a spare OBD2 H22 engine harness

Do you have spark?
Do you smell fuel? Pull a plug out, check for wetness and smell in the cylinder. You can have fuel pressure and no fuel, if your injectors aren't opening.
