Default Throttle Position Sensor

Can this be the reason of rough idling, car taking off slow, and car shutting of when i slam on brakes? if so is it hard to change

with the car in park I seen the rpms go to 2 then drop to 1 costantly, the car is reving up and down just sitting there

There is a good thread in the FAQ for cleaning the IACV. Click here! At least it sounds to me like it could be a vacuum leak or a dirty IAC.
