A setup like that should not be touched by a new tuner. You need someone who knows what they're doing. Better safe than sorry. If you really want to learn how to tune start with a simple setup before doing anything so advanced.

Read up in the EMS FAQ or pgmfi.org

As a new tuner, you should at least spend the money on good tuning tools... Get a good wideband, a good ems and go slow, take your time, and continue to READ READ READ and then apply what you've learnt in small increments.... I recommend NEPTUNE! As a new tuner, the support from JR is worth its weight in Gold. Also, its solid to the core so you cant go wrong! Good luck son.
