Default Ordering parts from honda?? quantity

Hello was going to order a few missing parts for my car anyway the car came with no rear bumper so I need all the the clips.

Heres a screen shot there are 5 clips and 2 under the car for a total of 7 so I added a clip to my cart and get this.

Would that be the price for 1 clip or the price for a quantity of 7 clips? I guess is what I'm asking.

Well, It says quantity of 7.

2.40$ for 7 clips.

You want 1 set of 7.

If you put 7 under quantity (where it says 1), you'd have 49 clips.

You sure I checked some other clips/bolts and one said qty.10 for 0.13 Some others like the clips needed to attached a front lip come out to $2.93 for qty.9 you need the bolts too which where $1.91 but still a deal. Considering ICB is selling these front lip hardware kits for $50.

This has me thinking its $2.40 per clip which would come out to $16.80 for all 7 that seems more along dealer pricing, but if its $2.40 for all 7 I wont complain Just want to make sure before ordering so I can actually put the bumper on the car.

Oh that's sketchy.
My front lip hardware was included with my lip. It wasn't anything special.

Do you have a # you can call for verification?

was hoping someone who ordered from them would know, I think my local dealer is closed already at least the parts department.

but yeah if you figure you need 11 bolts for the lip hardware and add that up 2.93x11= $32.22 and 1.91x11= 21.01 so that roughly would = the $49.97 ICB charges. So I think the ordering system tells you there are 7 quantity needed for the entire bumper but the price is per each one.

the qty (red part) tells you how many you need for the entire set, if you want 7 then you need to enter 7 for your order qty. I just ordered all the screws/clips for the entire interior of my 2000 ex coupe, at first I ordered them I was assuming it was (example: 7 for 2.40) then I had to go back and order 6 more.

It's very very expensive to order all the clips/screws from honda

Unless the exterior parts are totally different but that's just from my experience. Removing the trim/door panels over the last 11 years, I've almost broken all the clips so had to order new ones. I was kinda irritated when I originally ordered 1 (thinking they came in a pack) and I only got 1 lol.

That isn't how many you get, it's how many you need.

I ordered new clips for my front end. That is the price PER clip.

Thats kind of what I figured. If its any consolation front/rear bumpers, hood, l/r fenders and a assortment of misc. interior/exterior parts only cost $25 shipping which is cheap.

When I ordered all my trim/panels/console replacements (switched everything to "classy grey") they shipped from my closest dealer (50ish miles) it was about 35$, which I could have saved if I went to pick them up. They will send it to the dealer, the dealer will call you (to process the order) and then ship it out from there (or you can go pick it up). Honda doesn't directly ship to you, they go through a honda dealer instead. Atleast in my case, I've been ordering ton of replacement/new parts for my 2000ex.

Oh man, I'm in love with the "classy gray" swap I did... it's almost black and looks so clean. I completely redid the interior with new parts, my dealer loves me lol. Now if I could just find someone that does good upholstery work in the houston area.

Don't know if this interests anyone on this thread, but I just ordered new nuts and bolts for 80% of my ej from Majestic Honda using their helpfully detailed diagrams...the majority of those nuts and bolts were $.19 for each nut/bolt combo...which is just disgustingly cheap for brand new bolts.

Yea I actually ordered both finishes the "excel charcoal" and "classy gray" , so I could physically see with my own eyes which one was darker. Judging by the names you would have thought "charcoal" would have been darker. That's Honda for you lol, always misleading us!!!!

Btw.... Honda discontinued the door panel inserts ugh... makes me so mad lol

Just be glad these dealerships are so good as to house and store these parts. Imagine the cost of storing hundreds of thousands of low demand car parts. Big warehouses have power bills of $5,000+

I'd say we should consider ourselves lucky to even be able to order parts for 10-20 year old cars.

I agree, you couldn't find ANY dealer parts for my 92 chrysler. It was all junkyard parts. Albeit civics are very popular and last longer than most chryslers so I could see where the profit would be in stocking parts for this car.

Yea, only reason I did it was because my brother decided to cut all kind of random holes in the lower consoles for switches and crap. I filled them in and smoothed them out and painted but it just didn't look as good as going straight factory. Other than that, after 11 years of abuse from him and his military buddies.. the interior really needed an overhaul to say the least. It looks so fresh and clean now.

The quantity in "red"... Means the AMOUNT you NEED... So of that particular clip, you need 7 total if replacing all.
