Default 185/65 vs 185/75?

Hey guys, I just got two tires that are 185/75 while the recommended size for my car (1998 Honda Civic LX) is 185/65. What kind of problems would I expect to see if I got these mounted on my rims and drove them? I'm guessing if I put them in the back, I wouldn't see any problems but if I put them in the front, my speedo would be off but I'm really not sure. Any help is appreciated.

They're extremely oversized for the car, so I would expect decreased braking performance, decreased handling characteristics, and overall decreased drivability.
