Default 94 accord shifter cables

Has anyone had them stretch? If so whats the symptoms. Cause I think mine are gone. 1st,3rd,5th are really mushy hard to tell there is a gear there. 2nd.4th.r are good.

It just doesn't have that distinctive click like normal

Im guessing its automatic. More, info would sure help. Does it feel like someone rear ended you? If it does torque converter going out. Streched cable I personally have experienced long shifting points. or no shifting at all.

Or is the shifter getting worn, not sure what you mean by "mushy"?? Like it is in gear but the shifter is loose?

No the shifter moves foward like it was in gear but not. Doesnt have that nice click and then its in gear. Really feels like the cable is stretching to the max before it outs it in gear.
