Default JDM 37820-P72-901 4pin question...

Yesterday:
OK Let me start by saying I got burned on this ECU!!!! It was supposed to be a JDM P72 (which it is) and a manual, OBD1, ECU. The guy didn't tell me he was gonna sell me a ECU I couldn't use from the jump so I drove 1.5 hrs to buy it!!!!

Today:
Now that I've fingered out that it is a AUTOMATIC JDM P72 & I can't use it in my car... I'm trying to figure out whether or not it's a OBD1 or OBD2a or OBD2b. When I plugged it into my VX, I got codes 21 & 41 instantly. Car idled like SH*T, raw GAS out the exhaust, etc. etc... Put my chipped ECU back in and everything is back to normal!!!!!! The code I was showing before I swapped out the ECU's was for a bad O2 sensor.

Question:
Is there any way to figure out what or which ECU I got burnt on??? I would like to try and sell it, BUT when I do try to sell it, I wanna make SURE myself & the buyer know what they are getting!!!!!!!!!!

OBD1 automatic JDM P72 ecus are four grey plugs......A, B, C and D. Normal OBD1 manual trans ecus are three plug...A, B and D.

Take a picture of the ecu connector.

It's not junk man, there are a lot of guys that I build automatic OBD2-1 harnesses to run the OBD1 automatic GSR trans/swap. Just sell it and buy one that fits your application. Don't try to convert that ecu from auto to 5 speed.
