Default Suspension question

how do you tighten up the suspension and how do you know if components are going bad? in my area there are certain curves where new road meets newer road and it feels like the cars wants to slide...in the front end....car is a 95 accord ex coupe

Slide or tram-lining? If the car is sliding, I would look at the tires age and condition. If its tram-lining that can be an issue with the road, tire block design, or uneven alignment adjustment.
