Diamond racing wheel set up?!
Hey, I'm trying to order some diamond racing wheels from diamondracingwheels.com. Which i'm just getting confused with the backspacing, clearing my caliper, etc. wanted to see if anyone on here has the same set up i would need or know the specs of the wheel I should be getting. Also the tire size I would need to run on them. I have a 97 Civic hatcback. With ground control coilovers with buddy club camber kits. Thank you all for the help in advance.
I do know that to run those you will probably need to do a good bit of fender work and stretch tires, and run a good amount of camber. You probably wont get much help here with tires because they dont allow threads about stretching. Personally I would advise against it because it is not safe and does nothing for performance. But its your call
I want to say that the wheels are 15x8 +12 offset with around 5" of backspace, or something like that. Give them a call to see what they offer.

To be honest, the widest you could get away with (when running properly sized tires) would be their 15x7 with the highest backspacing they have available (4.5" backspacing for the Stock Car Series wheel). Make sure to request the safety bead in the barrel, or you're probably going to bend the wheel on the first drive you take with it. Also, you'll need a spacer to clear the front brakes of your car.
