Say im driving along, all is fine then i stop at a red light and suddenly my idles surges to 1500rpms and stays thereWTF and i push the gas to see what happens and it just bogs, when i try to drive the car it will jerk like hell and just cuts in and out. im getting pissed!! I've tried everything i can think of..it throws a P0505


-98 civic with sohc zc (non-v)from hmotors

Replaced the IACV, entire dizzy, IM gasket and TB gasket, fuel filter,all obvious tune up parts

 

When i unplug the IACV it jumps to 1500rpm which is the same thing it does when it is plugged in!!
