i picked these up a long while ago and have no idea what wheels these are.



it says racing hart on the lip of the wheels tho.

im looking to refinish these wheels and wondering if there is any place that sell the lip decals.

You'll have to get the stickers re-manufactured, as there isn't any distributor for old stock of them (early 1990's wheel).
