Use a chipped P28 ECU. Get it dyno-tuned with Crome or equivalent.

Here is a good selection of engine management computers
Engine computers
Educate yourself on these. Most people will tell you to use a chipped Honda ECU or an AEM, anyone telling you to use a V-AFC or any kind of piggyback/hack you should ignore, unless you like learning the hard way.

Also make sure you get your setup tuned, an untuned engine is a quick path to blowing it up and a good way to waste all the time and money you have spent.

Find all the tuning shops with a dyno in your area, talk to them about what you are doing, get some feedback from them to make sure you're on the right track. Talk to people in your local scene, and find out who has the best reputation for taking care of their customers and tuning cars for drivability. Also, make sure they have experience with tuning Honda motors, tuners are generally pretty specific to the type of car they are tuning, no one tunes them all.

IMO if a tuner can't tune a car for street drivability, they shouldn't be touching that kind of car.
