Default Dual Cam KA

I have been recently working on a Nissan 240sx Dual cam. Pretty much going through the whole car.

Exhaust manifold, V-Band style

In car

Some welding. Not happy with the color. I was trying one of those mega large gas lenses with the glass cup.

Here are some pictures of the Intake manifold....

Battery Box.....

Fuel Cell and Fuel System....

Brackets and Tabs, Seam sealed and Etch primed

Fuel Cell Mounted and Pumper Mounted. Both Rubber Mounted to dampen stress and vibration.

Intercooler overview

Enjoy Guys and Keep doing awesome work and posting these killer threads. Makes my days alot better. I look forward to the site everyday hahaha Rock On!

Niccccccce! Quality work. Why did you cloose to blend the stacks in rather than leave them raised? Also any closer shots of the injector bung setup?

The plate that I used and the Way those velocity stacks are machined made it kind of the only way to go. I used a 1/4" plate and the velocity stacks have a 1/4" step to them. So when I machined the 3" hole into the flange they slid right in pretty much flush. It is a nice smooth transition into the runners. I have a better smoother picture of the blending and also a picture of the fuel injector bung setup for you.

Yea, I'm debating on how to weld my stacks as well. If I did it again I'd have the velocity stack flange machined for the the ovals. Welding them from the back would be weird, so I think I'll end up just leaving them off the floor of the plennum and welding them from the inside. Thanks for the info and future pics!
