I have a stage 1 that I had in my coupe a long time ago. Its not a bad cam but the stage 3 cam is a better option. I think they are the same as the Zex cams also.

ZEX was just the import division of Comp Cams.

I have never had a problem with comp cams. I have NEVER run them in a honda, seen thr zex perform well which is produced by them basically, but I have run them in 4 different small block chevy builds w/ full comp valvetrain components never had an issue. Great products and great price. Maybe the one in my chevelle will work

ok, they seem to be a descent product judging by the reviews. Im also thinking the hondata S300 to tune it and an AEM cam gear. Also the whole timing belt combo will be done as well. Is it really worth doing the valve springs as well? Comp cams people say dont need upgraded valve springs?

I ran the zex stage two in my y8 a few years ago. I cut corners and didn;t change the springs. it ran great for a while I dyno'd at around 130hp with stock cx exhaust until one day valve float destroyed my motor. I remember pulling it all apart and the valve head was sticking perpendicular 1/4" into my piston... get the cam and upgrade the springs
