Whether or not you need to change the springs depends on if they're sagging or not. Observe all four wheel wells of your Accord from a decent distance away from the vehicle and note if there is any significant droop in ride height in one particular area. Better yet, measure your ride height at all of the car's wheels and compare the measurements to that stipulated by the spring manufacturer. If you find out that there's a large discrepancy between your ride height and what the manufacturer quotes for their product than chances are that you are experiencing sagging springs.
If you wish to return to stock height yet still maintain a stiff and controlled ride, then I recommend buying stock springs (p/n 51401-SM1-A32, 51401-SV1-A42 for the fronts; 52441-SV1-A13 and 52441-SV7-A03 for the rear) and replacing the shocks with either Tokicos or KYGs. These two shock manufacturers produce high-quality, affordable performance shocks that are perfectly suited for the driver that desires a sporty handling dynamic coupled with a level of civility suitable for the less-than-perfect street surfaces one would encounter on their daily commute
