Koni GC Sleeves = Bilstein GC Sleeves?

Quick question:

For Bilstein shocks, you need to use the Koni Ground Control Sleeves, correct?

Called GC today. There is some $12 part to adapt them. We'll see what this part is when I get it in later this week...

is that $12 each or total. I might be upgrading to the koni's next year and need to know what i can do to make them work.
